 I write about policy and strategic issues in the Caribbean energy sector, covering both upstream oil, gas and renewables, downstream industries and decarbonisation. 

I have been closely involved in the Caribbean energy sector for over two decades, running the Energy Chamber of Trinidad & Tobago for 24 years.  I have a particular interest in energy policy, the politics of energy, the energy transition and regional economic integration.
